26-04-2009 A new document on sports bras has been added to the sport science information page. I have also added a really good link to the coaching section of USA swimming, well worth checking out. 24-01-2009 A New Year, a new look. The whole website has had an overhaul and is looking much better.
10-11-2008 Chris will be at the RLSS UK lifesaving nationals in Sheffield on Saturday 22nd Novemeber. He'll be sat with the West team, so just come and find him if you would like to talk about anything sport science related.

Although normally I would put this on the link page, there is such a plethora of sport science and training information on this link, that i thought it should go there.
